Je bent een talentvolle en ambitieuze student. Je wilt jezelf ontplooien en vaardigheden, inzichten en relaties opbouwen, die in de toekomst van je carrière goed van pas komen.
- Je bent een Bachelor of Master student in de richting Human Resources;
- Je werkt graag in teamverband, bent proactief, hebt oog voor details en presteert goed onder tijdsdruk;
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, hebt gedegen kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Papiamento is gewenst;
- Je bent minimaal 5 maanden beschikbaar, vanaf 1 februari 2020 of eerder;

Hoe ziet je werk eruit?
Als HR stagiaire ondersteun je de Human Resource Manager en de Senior Human Resource Officer bij de uitvoering van het Human Resource (HR) beleid van Grant Thornton in de Dutch Caribbean. Je voert alle operationele en ondersteunende HR werkzaamheden uit, op het gebied van werving en selectie, training en ontwikkeling, performance management en personeelsbeheer. Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage bij de organisatie van evenementen. Je zal werken vanuit ons kantoor in het centrum van Curaçao.
